What does it mean when people say to go on a diet









When people say to go on a diet it does not mean that you must stop eating at any point of time.  Doing that will make your sugar level increase which would lead to diabetes and upset stomach.  Going on a diet means to eat food that is right for the kind of body type that you have.  People may want to lose weight and to do that you must eat fruits like for a man or a woman.  Some fruits are really made for men and some are for women and we have to know which is which.  Also, fruits are really for desserts and are not really for menu foods like breakfast, lunch and dinner.  For breakfast, you might want to adjust your menu different from what you had yesterday as well as lunch and dinner according to your budget.  Water is a good part of the menu and should be drank all throughout the day.  Less carbohydrates and more proteins and saturated fatty menu foods can make you satisfied and may lose weight over a small period of time with sleep, water drinking and using the bathroom regularly.  So, you see that this is how we go about in our everyday lives to eat and fit it into our daily schedule of work and play with our love ones.  Show your support by listen to any of my music in my pages and subscribe to me in youtube and facebook.

Eating right doesn't have to be so complicated









Did you know that yogurt with the one that says probiotics makes your belly go down? Yes it does, also avocado, any berries, chicken, turkey and more. The key to losing weight is to be moderate in how you eat. Don't eat and drink unless you are choking. Other things play a part like stay away from msg, gmo, sugary and high carbohydrate foods which make you gain weight. Msg is known as monosodium glutamate, which some companies put in seasoning to trick you to end up in your food which makes you hungry and you don't know why you are hungry after you just ate and you go back for more and more which result in overeating. Gmo, which is genetically modified organisms, is what scientists do to make foods look bigger or more to the eye but is not good for you because it is chemically enhanced and will make you fat. NEVER cook your food with olive oil because it is not for that is for salads. Olive oil in high temperatures is cancerous foods.Cooking rice or chicken is supposed to be with vegetable oil which is better than corn oil. Getting fit is not all about going to the gym it is mainly focused on what you going to have to face at the table in your home for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fibers, proteins, saturated fats, water, berries, and other food cheats are part of a healthy diet. Carbohydrates should always be at a minimum if you want to stay fit. If you attended a party and ate a lot of food then, it is not the end of the world, when you wake up in the morning drink a glass of water with one spoon of "Bragg" apple cider vinegar and two spoons of pure honey. Drink this with your meals through the day for a month and you will see big results. You can go as often as needed but be moderate cause apple cider vinegar is not to drink straight like that by itself.
Get your sleep well every day and you will live longer and use the bathroom regularly.  If using the bathroom is a problem, then you are either constipated or have diarrhea.  That is probably from food poisoning or you are eating the wrong foods and not drinking enough water.  Leave comments if you like this posts and enjoy your life.

You better know not to put a price tag on your health.  Your health is priceless...  You should definitely stay away from (msg) - monosodium glutamate foods because that chemical is what bad sellers put in foods to make you hungry and you will come back for more and spend your money so they can get paid.  Pay attention to what they put in your seasonings that you cook and watch the ingredients.  The food that is gluten free is obviously good for you and you won't have to go spending too much cause you will be satisfied.

How to eat right and stay healthy at little effort.








You can drink a glass of pure water with 2 spoons of honey and 1 spoon of pure apple cider vinegar every time you are bloated in your stomach.  Eat more saturated fats and proteins which will make you lose weight easily too.  Do little exercise and sleep every day at least 8 hours.  You can also drink lemon juice with 2 spoons of honey with one spoon of apple cider vinegar.  Eat fruits in between meals like strawberries, raspberries or blueberries.  Avocados are good source of vegetable for protein.  But you must also drink water sometimes by itself.  A balance diet with these will make you very healthy.  Little carbs in your diet.  No sugary foods.  I hope you like the information.  If so, donate by buying some music to listen on your devices here.

How to make turmeric heal you from numerous diseases.

You want to know what is some of the biggest triggers that are not good for the human body. Well according to research for a fact, some of the biggest triggers are carbs, and sugar.  If you can understand what makes you sick is the mucus in your body telling you that there is an alien subject in your body that is making you sick.  It shows many signs in the way we look everyday.  Carbs or better know as chemically made sugar makes you fat and you have the hardest time to get rid of it.  Only way to get rid of it is by eating saturated fat foods, proteins, water, fruits, sleep every night at least 8 hours and proper hygiene.  When you fail to take care of your teeth it can lead to brain damage causing many different illnesses.  Your eyes are your windows to your soul so take good care of them.   Protect your finger nails from damage because if it is damaged it will take a long time to fix back.  We don't need much exercise to be healthy but we do need to be active in life and walk around a bit.  No one like to be unhealthy so less carbs and sugars and I would recommend to drink filtered water and not that bottled spring water because it is not healthy.  It has toxins released in most of those bottles selling in the grocery. 

Things that you need to know about apple cider vinegar for your health.










It should be taken temporary and not permanently.  Taking too many doses of apple cider vinegar in an 8 ounce glass with honey can affect you negatively.  It should be taken only in urgent to moderate times.  Like they say, too much of anything can kill you eventually.  A regular check up to the doctor is definitely needed if you are in bad health.  Apple cider vinegar is just one of the faster ways to shape up your health if it is needed.  One spoon with a glass of water at bed can stop the bloating in your stomach.  Eat food everyday and sleep regularly.  Use the bathroom when needed and if you are just trying to get your belly down eat more saturated fatty food and proteins and less carbs.  Drink a lot of filtered water and eat berry fruits and fruits you like for desserts and not too much bananas.  Read labels on food for msg to avoid and processed foods also you must avoid.  Check to see if you are at correct Body Mass Index regularly.  I hope this helps you in some way.  You can donate to my blog by buying music.  (My music page).

It all begins with what you put in your mouth with what pertains to your health and what is going on with your teeth.  Your teeth leads to your brain which is very important for us all to take good care of the longevity of our teeth.  If you find out that the food don't smell good, look good, or taste good, then don't eat it.  If the food is too hard to chew on then, don't break your teeth chewing it.   You are a human and should eat food only you can process and swallow.  When you chew food your body goes through a process in breaking down the food so it can flow in your blood.  Make sure you drink a lot of filtered water which is recommended with your meals and not any sugary or high carb drinks because they will make you get a bloated stomach.  I hope this paragraph means a lot to you.  I am into music so please show some support by purchasing some music on.

This is very important and everyone who takes medication needs to know.  The doctor might not always inform you that to be healthy, if taking medication accordingly, you have to eat your foods that is appropriate then right after eating you take your medication with water if in pill form.  It will go straight to your blood stream and not cause you to get heartburn.   Taking the medication without eating food before taking it will cause heartburn.  You will get a burning sensation in your throat which can cause problems.
